For this project, we worked closely with the client to build and launch their startup, with the goal of empowering other startups by providing a platform to find the right co-founder and foster business growth.

Process

At Charis, we believe in a collaborative, transparent, and results-driven approach to every project. Here’s how our process looks like:

Project Kickoff

The Charis team met with the client for a kickoff session to discuss project requirements and scope.

We brainstormed ideas for the website, documenting the client’s requests and features, which provided a clear direction for the project.

Once all features and requirements were finalized, we began creating the high-fidelity design. To prioritize key objectives, we divided the project into three MVPs (Minimum Viable Products).

We worked closely with the client, presenting our progress at each stage to refine the overall website design.

Designing High-Fidelity Wireframes and Client Review

Development

After finalizing the website design, our developer began translating it into a live product using Webflow, bringing the design to life with functionality and seamless user experience.

The Quality Assurance (QA) tester worked closely with the developers to ensure the product functioned smoothly and was free of bugs.

The QA tester meticulously tested all user flows to guarantee a seamless and error-free experience.

Project Kickoff

Designing High-Fidelity Wireframes and Client Review

Once the Business Requirements Document (BRD) was finalized, we began designing high-fidelity wireframes. The wireframes served as a blueprint for the website's structure and visual elements.

The completed wireframes were shared with the client for feedback and approval. During this phase, we also requested updated images and content to ensure the website reflects the client’s vision and branding.

Development

After the design was approved, the developer started on developing the website using Webflow.

Testing &Quality Assurance

Following development, the Quality Assurance (QA) tester conducted a comprehensive testing to identify and resolve any bugs or issues on both the website and its mobile version. This process ensured a seamless user experience across all devices.

Outcome

We successfully completed and launched the website, meeting all project goals and requirements.

The site now reflects the client’s vision, offering a user-friendly interface and seamless functionality. With thorough testing and collaboration throughout the process, we ensured a smooth launch, providing the client with a fully optimized platform that supports their business objectives.
