Process

At Charis, we believe in a collaborative, transparent, and results-driven approach to every project. Here’s how our process looks like:

Project Kickoff

The Charis team and the client had a kick-off meeting to discuss the requirements and scope of the project.

We brainstormed and shared our ideas on how we can improve the website and gathered all the requests the client wanted to add to the current website to improve it.

After the business requirement document was finalized, we created the high-fidelity wireframes for the website.

After creating the designs, we sent it to the client for the design review and requested the updated copy that we will put on the website.

Designing High-Fidelity Wireframes and Client Review

Development

After receiving design approval, the development phase began. Using Webflow, our developer translated the approved designs into a fully functional website, focusing on both UI improvement and functionality.

After the development was completed, the Quality Assurance (QA) tester started running tests to ensure that there are no bugs so that we can properly hand off the website to the client.

Project Kickoff

The Charis team collaborated with the client in a kickoff meeting to discuss the project's requirements and scope.

During the session, we brainstormed ideas for improving the website and documented all the client’s requests and features they wanted to include, setting a clear direction for the redesign.

Designing High-Fidelity Wireframes and Client Review

Once the Business Requirements Document (BRD) was finalized, we began designing high-fidelity wireframes. The wireframes served as a blueprint for the website's structure and visual elements.

The completed wireframes were shared with the client for feedback and approval. During this phase, we also requested updated images and content to ensure the website reflects the client’s vision and branding.

Development

After the design was approved, the developer started on developing the website using Webflow.

Testing &Quality Assurance

Following development, the Quality Assurance (QA) tester conducted a comprehensive testing to identify and resolve any bugs or issues on both the website and its mobile version. This process ensured a seamless user experience across all devices.

Outcome

All project objectives were successfully achieved, as they were clearly defined. The updated Malta website was launched on schedule, delivering a seamless user experience. The new features significantly enhanced customer service efficiency and boosted overall satisfaction, reflecting the positive impact of the improvements.
